Screen Operations acts as a unique creative medium, through which talented artists in varying fields are able to express themselves; and at the same time be rewarded for their talent by awaiting clients who have the vision and capability of putting talent to use. An understanding of the industry is essential if Screen Ops is to pursue its function as a medium. In order to provide what its clients and models need, Screen Ops must firstly appreciate these needs; secondly, it must act directly upon these needs.
Screen Operations has combined these qualities and has gone one step
further, designing a new innovative technique whereby one agent will
be assigned to a maximum of ten models. This allows a personal relationship
to exist between model and agent. This also instills ideas of reliability
and efficiency with its clients. An agency depends on its ability to communicate within an industry that is not only constantly changing, but an industry that also operates on many different levels.
